What is a PUK code, and
why would I need one?
PUK = Personal Unblocking Key and can be
provided by your service provider (you will find the number
on contact page or on your monthly bill). It is used in conjunction
with your PIN number on your sim card (Personal identity number).
If you enter your pin incorrectly more than 3 times it will
block your sim and ask you for a PUK. O2 allow you on the
website to get your own by just putting in your mobile number.
